New patient information
Everyone at Novant Health Township Pediatrics looks forward to seeing new patients! We serve patients from birth through age 20, regardless of ailment. To make your child's first appointment:
- Call us at 704-847-0572 between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
- Use MyChart to schedule anytime online.
Bring with you to every appointment:
- Your photo ID.
- The insurance card covering your child as well as your method of copayment. (Click here for more insurance and payment information.)
- Any school, sports or camp forms you need completed.
- Any medications your child is currently taking, including over-the-counter vitamins and supplements.
